We are reaching out to you with a plea for urgent support in our legal battle against the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), which is threatening to destroy something that could change the future of medicine as we know it.
At stake are the lives of hundreds of ostriches that have developed antibodies with the potential to revolutionize how we treat diseases and viruses. Rather than taking this groundbreaking science into account to help stabilize possible new and existing pandemic threats, the CFIA is relying on outdated trading partner policies that do nothing to advance human or animal health. Their approach ignores the vital role of natural immunity in protecting against disease, and worse yet, it contributes to the ongoing failure of mass culling polices that have done nothing but weaken the global immunity in animals and challenge our food supply.
The science is clear: culling is not working. By wiping out natural immunity in animals, we are eliminating natures most powerful defense system – one that has allowed species (including humans) to survive for millions of years. If natural immunity in animals is lost, the consequences will be catastrophic for the entire planet. Think about this every new disease will be met with nothing but fear, mass slaughter, and further destruction, leaving us more vulnerable than ever. What happens when we eradicate the very thing that nature designed to protect us?
We have to stop this reckless approach before it’s too late. We are fighting for a future where science, not outdated policies, determines the course of action.
We need your help – whether through public awareness i.e.: signs on cars, yard signs, call your local media, purchasing Save Our Ostriches merchandise and wearing it, donations towards our legal battle, or simply sharing the message.
Stand with us in demanding CFIA recognize the value of natural immunity and put science before bureaucracy. If we do not act now, we risk losing not only these ostriches but also a breakthrough that could save lives and generations to come, with the opportunity to make Canada healthy again and the world healthy again.
